The Reversal of Crohns Dis-ease

Posted by thomenda7xx on Thursday, August 20, 2009

The following is an unsolicited testimony of a 2 year old child with Crohns Dis-ease on the Young's pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet.

Testimony for Babette Gilles

My daughter was 2 and half years old, when she was diagnosed with Crohns disease. She had the best doctors in Mount SinaŃ— hospital in NY. She was taking medications including Pentaza, antibiotics and steroids.

Somehow, my daughter’s body was not reacting positively to the medications. Every day, she was getting worse and worse. She was losing lots of blood and had no energy. When we were taking her for walk, we had to carry her.

We were devastated, looking for help for our little girl. Until, one day we heard about Dr. Robert O. Young. After a one hour phone consultation, we started the diet; we had result within 48 hours. It was amazing. Her bowel movement was normal without blood, something we did not see for 8 months.

It will be 3 years since Babette started on Dr. Young’s diet. She is healthy, happy, smart and beautiful. Her teachers love her alkaline lunch at school and they call them colorful and healthy.

Babette is a very special child; her healthy diet is a great example for her friends. She always has healthy snacks. We are so proud of her.

We can’t even imagine what our life would have been if we never heard about Dr Young. We are so thankful to God for meeting him.

Dr. Young, thank you so much for the hope you gave us, and for a lot of kind words. Thank you for teaching us what a beautiful way to live. You saved our little girl’s life.

Her breakfast every morning is asparagus or broccoli soup. Our whole family eats the same alkaline way. It is an amazing diet. If you will follow Dr. Young’s lifestyle and diet, you will feel so good and healthy.

Dr. Young, we wish you the best in your crusade for health and will always spread the word of your alkaline way of life.

After more than 30 years US District Court issues injunction to stop compulsory vaccination

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009 - For Immediate Release:

30 years after compulsory vaccination became US Law:

US Court issues an injunction to stop it and to hold the the government and drug companies responsible for reactions.

A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey. This comes after a federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney, on July 31st with the federal government as defendant. When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will. It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights. Vawter's filings included a Complaint, and several pages of evidentiary Exhibits.

Vawter's legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal court, but additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations. Vawter believes that as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a worldwide basis. He cautions people to avoid fear and keep themselves focused on the task of blocking forced vaccination.

Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the U.S.

The Court, having heard the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and read the papers in its support, states in the Preliminary Injunction that it appears the federal government has engaged in some amount of negligence with regards to failure to properly investigate the safety of the flu vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009-2010, and the evidence submitted does warrant a more thorough investigation into the safety of the flu vaccines.

The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person's free will and free choice. The government will not allow any state or local government, or any party, to force any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person's free will and free choice.

U.S. government sued for gross negligence and violation of the Constitution
In his Cause of Action, Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by funding and promoting flu vaccines that are proven to be dangerous and manufactured with little oversight. The vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009 and 2010 contain heavy metals including thimerosal mercury, which have been proven to cause autism in children with lowered immune systems, and other dangerous and toxic ingredients. The federal government has stated it will force these flu vaccines onto the American public against their will, under a document signed by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

He further charged that the vaccine makers stand to earn billions of dollars selling vaccines, and are already spending tens of millions advertising a "Phase 6 Pandemic" that the evidence shows does not really exist. The federal government has not required the World Health Organization (WHO) to show evidence of such a pandemic. There has been no collection of facts, sworn testimony, witnesses being questioned, hearings being held, or lie detector tests being given when preposterous statements have been made. The WHO declared a massive "Phase 6 Influenza Pandemic", even though only a few hundred people worldwide had so far died of this swine flu virus, and when far more people die each year of regular flu.

Vawter noted there is a preponderance of evidence to show that the federal government so poorly trained its employees that they eagerly agreed with the unsubstantiated claims of the WHO in the face of evidence to the contrary.

Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. It would also violate Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by depriving people of liberty without due process of law.

Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by failing to properly investigate factual evidence submitted by esteemed medical professions over many years which proves flu vaccines have caused serious damage to people. The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the new flu vaccines being prepared.

The government has failed to investigate profiteering. Billions of dollars in vaccine sales can cause organizations to falsify threats so as to cause unwarranted public hysteria leading to forced vaccinations.

The government is guilty of gross negligence because its employees failed to properly investigate the release of a case of live swine flu virus. One of the main companies the government deals with, Baxter Vaccines, was apparently involved in the transporting of live bird flu virus that was released on a public train earlier this year. A lab technician with the Swiss National Center for Influenza in Geneva had traveled to Zurich to collect eight ampoules, five of which were filled with the H1N1 swine flu virus. However, failure of the dry ice in their container allowed pressure to build up, and the ampoules exploded as the train was pulling into a station.

The highly reputable UK newspaper "the Telegraph" reported on July 2nd that flu vaccines tested on homeless people caused twenty-one of them to die.
Vawter charged there is a preponderance of evidence to show that government will not provide people being vaccinated with a list of the vaccine ingredients and possible negative side effects before they are vaccinated. Most of the public will not know this flu vaccine contains thimerosal mercury.

Vawter submitted an Order to force the government to publish vaccine ingredients and side effects, and to give this information to everyone who takes a flu vaccine, and do so at least 3 days prior to their vaccination. A denial of this order would violate Plaintiff's rights to demand the government obey the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by requiring it to engage in freedom of speech. The First Amendment not only allows a citizen to have freedom of speech himself, but it allows a citizen to demand his government engage in freedom of speech when it is promoting the use of such as these vaccinations to the public.

The government proclamation stating a person cannot sue for any damages he receives from the flu vaccine, completely bypasses the congress and the court system in violation of the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution which grants the right to sue to recover for damages. Vawter submitted an Order to deem unconstitutional any proclamation, rule or similar law that forbids people from suing for damages resulting from the vaccines of 2009 and 2010.

Keep That Phone Out of Your Trouser Pocket!

Posted by thomenda7xx

Last month, Martine Hours, the chief science advisor to the French RF research program, called for serious studies on the effects of cell phones on male fertility. Now, Australia's John Aitken is saying the issue "deserves our immediate attention." In a new study, Aitken has reported that cell phone radiation damages human sperm -- as well as DNA.

Cell phone use and radiation has now been shown to harm sperm in five different countries, including by two different groups in the United States, one of which is at the Cleveland Clinic.

Aitken's message is simple: "Men who want to have children should not to keep active mobile phones in their trouser pockets."

Dr. Young's Greatest Discovery on Animal Protein

Posted by thomenda7xx on Sunday, August 16, 2009

Dr. Young states that animal proteins in foods cause the immune system to react exactly the same way it does to the protein coat of bacteria, and other infectious agents. The resulting antibody production results in an "immune storm", whic......h (hopefully) destroys the infectious agents, but may also result in such a large overreaction of the immune system that the excess antibodies start going after healthy tissue.

If the animal proteins in foods, e.g, hamburgers, milk, cheese, etc., cause the same violent immune storm and end up breaking healthy tissue (especially in older people) it could explain a whole host of autoimmune diseases which are increasing without explanation, e.g., Lupus, MS, Type II diabetes, etc., This could be Dr. Young's greatest discovery in years and is Noble work! 10 Most Common Medical Challenges for Baby Boomers

Posted by thomenda7xx

In the year 2030, the youngest members of the baby boomer generation will hit 65, making up nearly a quarter of the country’s population, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. If current elderly Americans are a precursor of what is to come, they will experience acidic health challenges such as diabetes, dementia, depression and functional disability in record numbers.

But their huge presence may also open up specialized emergency rooms and critical care units, encourage more research into the mysteries of the aging body and place a focus on specialized geriatric and end-of-life care.

Here is a snapshot of 10 of the acidic health challenges that may be staring back at baby boomers:

1. Functional Acidic Decline: According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the body loses 1 percent of muscle mass a year beginning at age 45, which can result in sarcopenia as skeletal muscle is eventually replaced with fat and the body becomes weaker. Some research has linked protein deficiency with sarcopenia but I linked it to a compromised acidic bowel which gives rise to weak blood cells and in turn weak body or muscle cells.

For every week spent in the hospital, it takes an aging body a month to recover muscle strength with daily rehabilitation, says geriatrician Liliana Andrade, M.D., assistant professor of internal medicine at the UT Medical School at Houston. Exercise, including resistance and strength training, is absolutely essential for retaining muscle mass and strength. “For balance, tai chi is good,” she says. “We also encourage patients to rent ‘sit and be fit’ videos that use hand and leg weights.” A study published recently in Diabetes Care, a journal of the American Diabetes Association, found that older adults—especially women—with diagnosed or undiagnosed type 2 diabetes had a higher rate of skeletal muscle loss.

My recommendation here is engage in alkalizing exercises everyday for at least 1 hour a day. This would include Younga Yoga, jogging, swimming, rebounding, whole body vibrational exercising, etc.

2. Depression: Considered as prevalent as the common cold in the elderly, depression can be the result of major life changes, including retirement, losing loved ones and loss of mobility and independence. It can show up differently in older people, says geriatrician Nasiya Ahmed, M.D., assistant professor of internal medicine at the UT Medical School at Houston. “There’s not as much of a tendency toward tearfulness or feelings of hopelessness,” she says. “Instead they have vague somatic complaints, increased pain, not sleeping or eating well or general apathy.”

If you want to think and feel better you MUST maintain the alkaline design of the body with an alkaline lifestyle and diet.

3. Dis-ease or so-called Disease: Chronic dis-ease or so-called diseases associated with the aging process, including high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypothyroidism, constipation, incontinence and arthritis, can take their toll and are ALL conditions of over-acidity. Preventive measures taken now such as quitting acid smoking, eating healthy alkaline raw food and drink and alkalizing exercising are all important steps toward a better quality of life. Even quitting smoking at age 60 is better than not quitting at all. The same goes for the acid SUGAR!

4. Polypharmacy: A term geriatricians are using for the number of prescription and over-the-counter acidic medications that elderly people are taking in alarming numbers is polypharmacy. “People go to five different doctors and none of the others know what is going on,” Ahmed says. In some cases, seniors who wind up in the hospital may be prescribed a different medication for an existing condition such as high blood pressure because the hospital doesn’t stock the particular one they’ve been taking in the past. The patient returns home with a new prescription from the hospital physician and continues taking the other medication as well, which can be deadly. “I’ve had patients come in who are taking 20 different medications,” Andrade says. The solution, they say, is to have a written record of all prescriptions, supplements and vitamins that they can bring to their appointments and have a family practitioner or geriatrician who understand Dr. Young's New Biology and can be the lead physician in managing their care.

5. Falls: Low blood pressure, which can be a result of poorly managed hypertension, dehydration, and over-acidity can lead to dizziness. That dizziness, combined with a decreased ability of the vascular system to compensate for changes in position such as standing up, is the largest cause of falls, they say. “So many patients have told me that they take blood pressure medication when they feel like it’s high instead of taking it as it is prescribed,” Ahmed says. “I ask them how they know it’s high and they give vague signs such as their nose tingles or their tremor worsening.” Taking acidic medications for sleep can also be dangerous. “Some take the acid Benadryl to help them sleep and as people get older, that’s not such a good thing because it causes confusion and they can fall because they’re sleepy,” Andrade says.

6. Abuse and neglect: These two problems, including self-neglect, will continue to afflict the elderly, says Carmel B. Dyer, M.D., professor and director of the geriatric and palliative medicine division at the UT Medical School at Houston and co-author of the book, “Elder Abuse Detection and Intervention.” Education programs, such as the Houston Geriatric Education Center at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, are needed now to train physicians to recognize the signs of abuse and neglect.

7. Financial exploitation: Vulnerable elderly people can easily become victims of family members or caregivers. “We see cases where grown children have moved back in with them and are depending on them financially. They use their resources, borrow the car, rely on them to baby sit, and it upsets the senior’s ability to function,” Ahmed says. “I had one patient in her early 80s whose leg had just been amputated and she was still babysitting her 11- and 12-year-old grandchildren, who were taunting her.”

8. Dementia: Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of the acidic condition dementia, a gradual decline in a person’s mental functioning, and is the fifth leading cause of death for Americans over age 65, according to the National Center for Health Statistics. The Alzheimer’s Association reports that Alzheimer’s disease and dementia triple healthcare costs for people over 65. But education about dementia and possible treatments including medications is lacking, Ahmed and Andrade say. “There are now more medications that are helpful. They can’t cure it, but they can help,” Andrade says. “Unfortunately, a lot of people are in denial. I had a 78-year-old patient who I knew was suffering from dementia because of the way he was managing his medications and health. But his son got upset when I started talking about it and they left the room.”

The symptoms of dementia can be improved with an alkaline lifestyle and diet.

9. Caregiver burnout: As baby boomers age, many will also be taking care of their own aging parents. That brings caregiver burden, which can lead to a higher risk for depression and other stress-related illnesses. Ahmed says caregivers should solicit health resources, such as daycare for seniors, to help them shoulder the stress. They should take advantage of support groups and ask social workers regularly about available community resources. Special units for acute care for the elderly (ACE units), such as the one at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where UT physicians see patients, can help make hospitalizations less stressful for the patient and family.

10. Death and dying: Baby boomers will have to decide how they want to live out the end of their lives and how they want to die. Cultural and religious beliefs will impact these decisions and physicians will need to be sensitive to that, Ahmed says. As patients age, the physician begins to play a larger role in a patient’s life and strong physician-patient relationships will be important in determining a patient’s wishes. People should make those wishes known to family members and caregivers and put them in writing.

Of course, if you want to be healthy, energetic and strong then may I suggest an alkaline lifestyle and diet. Then the end years can become the best years of your life full of energy and vitality! No need to die sick. Have you considered dieing healthy and strong? Or maybe just by-passing the death thing all together. May I suggest the pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet - The Diet for Immortality!
